Do I need a technical background?

No. You need to open a laptop and follow along. Miguel runs the setup blocks with people who have never set up anything.

What exactly do I leave with?

An agentic AI system that knows your business context, your accounts connected to it, four AI teammates with jobs, your own workflows saved as skills, and two automations already running. Running, not written down.

Where does the 15 hours a week come from?

From the work you hand over. Follow up, content, admin, scheduling and reporting are the hours that go first, because your teammates do them around the clock instead of in the gaps of your day. How much you get back depends on how much you hand them, which is exactly what you spend Day Two teaching them.

Am I supposed to let people go?

No, and that is not what this is. You are hiring, not cutting. Your teammates take the work your people never had time for, so the people you already pay get to do the work you hired them for.

Will it still be running when I get home?

Yes. It runs on a cloud computer, not on your laptop. Close the lid, fly home, and ask it something from your phone at the airport.

Which ticket should I take?
